Responsibilities
As export/International sales and Marketing manager major responsibilities will be:
- Ensure that sales and revenue targets for each product category and organization is achieved
- Add new Importers and Agents in targeted countries
- Add new customers for each category of products
- Ensure that targeted profitability is achieved
- Lead team of sales executives and ensure the productivity
- Hire new team members nationally and internationally as and when required
- Identify strategic locations internationally and plan offices as and when needed
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years as Exports Manager (International sales and marketing)
Proven experience of working with direct customers, agents and importers
Multiple product exposure will be added advantage.
