Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Piano Man. As a Steward/Order Taker/GSA/Restaurant Service Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience and is based in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage items.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Roles And Responsibilities - Take and process guests' orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the dining area for service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and any menu changes.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate billing.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work as a team player to contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.
