Job Description : ServiceNow Developer Role Requirements
Developer Requirements ( System Engineer)
1. ServiceNow Developer in Support of Centene's ServiceNow Platform
2. Catalog Builder experience
3. Work with BA's and stakeholders to understand and recommend solutions to meet business requirements
4. Develop new and update existing workflows, forms, integrations, reports, dashboards, and process automation
5. Tool capability requires use of modern development tools and techniques including ServiceNow Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration HUB, REST API, JavaScript and other web-based protocols and standards (HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, XML)
6. Responsible for the entire implementation process and drive definition of business needs
7. Lead cross functional teams through the entire implementation process
8. Responsible for overall solution design including building and testing
9. Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality
/Identify, define, and implement needed enhancements in the methods, standards, and processes to better enable teams and constructive enterprise applications
10. Demonstrated understanding of business process as it relates to experience in the field
11. Expert knowledge of Java Script, Lead experience, training experience
12. Expert knowledge in Web development using ServiceNow, HTML, XLM, XSL, XSLT, jQuery, CSS, and AJAX
13. Expert level understanding of IT processes and disciplines (e.g., software development, operations, and infrastructure)
14. Experience in ServiceNow development for a large company utilizing ITSM, ITBM/Strategic Portfolio Management products
15. Experience building ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
16. Understanding of ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Integration Hub, and REST APIs
17. Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, XML)
Job Description : ServiceNow Business Analyst Requirements
Business Analyst Requirements ( System Tester)
1. Identify requirements including functional and business
2. Advise and guide stakeholders in designing solutions
3. Create user-centric solutions
4. Performs ATF Testing & Unit/Manual testing
5. Create user stories for the Agile method of development
6. Define test cases to validate new functionality and any regression tests needed
7. Manage change request process to get new functionality deployed to production
8. Documents new functionality to properly transition to operations support
9. Keeps up to date on ServiceNow emerging features in future releases
10. Negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders, such as clients and internal team members
11. Create documentation, data and process analysis, and requirements gathering for IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, toolsets, and functions (e.g., Incident, Problem, Config, Change, Service Level Management, Event Mgmt., Service Desk, Asset Mgmt., Service Catalog, Service Portfolio Mgmt., Test Management, etc.
12. Lead ITSM process or tool implementations and improvements in coordination with other IT processes and disciplines (e.g., software development, operations, infrastructure)
13. Gather requirements in workshops and provide training to clients and internal team members
