Job description
We required candidate for the leading chemical company at Karakhadi, near to vadodara
Key Skills
Masters in chemistry / Chemical engineering with 6+ years of exp
Knowledge of process chemistry and technology
Must have an experience of handling team of more than 25 people
DCS as well manual experience in production
Grip on different unit operation as well as processes
Minimum products handled in current role 3
Knowledge about SAP
Basic grip on technology transfer process
Must have faced ISO audits.
Excellent communication skills verbal / written / presentations
Role & Responsibilities
Planning and organizing production schedules as per customer requirement and given by the
marketing department.
Supervise production team to manage and execute production planning as per the schedule.
Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.
Responsible for giving quarterly Raw materials planning and review it with consumption.
Preparation of production SOP's according to QMS.
Perform root cause analysis of production nonconformities and take correction, corrective actions and preventive actions as needed.
Ensure that final product meets quality standards and specifications.
Give schedule for Process Preventive maintenance of equipments.
Assist in production risk assessment and ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards.
