The key aspects of this role: Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure cloud-based solutions on GCP. Implement and optimize data processing pipelines using GCP services, with a focus on Big Data technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Utilize Google Cloud Composer or Apache Airflow for orchestrating and scheduling data workflows. Implement best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance within GCP environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GCP services and data pipelines. Stay updated on emerging GCP features and industry best practices to enhance the efficiency of cloud solutions. Write and maintain technical documentation for cloud architectures and workflows. be the right fit, you'll need: Proven experience as a Cloud Developer with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In-depth knowledge of Big Data technologies, including but not limited to BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataprep, and Cloud Storage. Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and scheduling. Familiarity in programming languages such as Python or Java for developing cloud-based applications and data pipelines. Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Job tags
