Roles & Responsibilities:

The Modern Trade Specialist is responsible for managing promoters, leveraging sales experience across primary, secondary, and tertiary channels, utilizing modern trade expertise, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business development efforts.

• Manage promoters effectively to represent the brand in modern trade outlets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and maximize brand presence.
• Oversee primary, secondary, and tertiary sales channels to ensure optimal product distribution.
• Utilize modern trade expertise to identify opportunities and negotiate agreements with key accounts.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for expansion and growth.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in promoter management, sales, modern trade, and business development.
• Strong understanding of primary, secondary, and tertiary sales concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

CTC Range - 8-10 LPA
