They need to have a very solid background in Functional/manual testing.
Test case creation and execution.
Risk and issue management and escalation.
Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
Document results of tests for the software development team
Handle changes and conducting regression testing.
Organizing monitoring defect management process.
Creating high level & lowlevel test case design.
Identifying and contributing to process improvements.
Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
Detail oriented and be antsy about specifics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills can explain fluently their projects
approaches and has amazing presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills Quick problemsolving ability.
Has ability to articulate documents and requirement quickly from open speech
Be able to type fast for documentation / notes / emails to their teams
Knowledge and Use of JIRA / EPIC&rsquo s Excel Google sheets and Agile Techniques as per
company policies.
Should not work in a silo loves to work in teams.
Preferred Background:
5 years of web application functional/manual testing experience.
Experience within visual comparison testing (designs vs implementation) and visual regression
testing.
Detail oriented (both data and UI).
Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office QA applications etc.)
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills along with excellent time management skills.
Maintain an d knowledge of industry trends and advancements
Think out of the box to improve and maintain product quality
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and you are a great team player
