We are seeking a Human Resources Trainee to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Trainee, you will be provided with comprehensive training and guidance to develop a strong foundation in HR practices and processes. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in the field of HR who is eager to learn and grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
• Handle basic employee queries and concerns, providing appropriate solutions
• Support the performance management process by collecting and analyzing performance data
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR reports and metrics
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
