Job description
We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountants, with “full cycle accounting” experience (in
audit and manufacturing business) to join our 50-member accounts team headed by a CFO (FCA). Our very professional accounts team has many qualified CAs, semi-qualified CAs, and skilled M.Com, B.Com graduates. You will be working from our factory in Podalakur Mandal, Nellore (Andhra Pradesh) location. NOTE: This is not a Work from Home positions No. of Openings: Nellore-AP : Qualified CA: 1 (One) Experience: Post Qualification: Minimum 3 (Three) years experience (Audit and Manufacturing sector exposure preferred) Languages : English (Proficient), Telugu (Preferred), Hindi (Preferred but not mandatory) You must have excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting and audit principles to analyze and prepare financial statements and forecasts. You must have experience in collaborating and/or managing a team of accountants. Responsibilities include: 1. Internal audits, liaison with auditors 2. Statutory audits, liaison with auditors 3. Ensure that internal controls are followed, identify errors, gaps, inefficiencies and suggest new controls or update SOPs as needed 4. Ensure statutory compliances for direct and indirect taxes, licenses, and registrations with various departments 5. Responsible for ledgers and month-end closings 6. Quarterly audit of branches 7. Prepare financial statements, notes to accounts etc. 8. Monitor Production, Costs and prepare MIS 8. Preparation and filing of GST returns and compliances 9. General accounting operations, controlling and verifying financial transactions and supporting documents 10. Must be working with Tally-ERP or Microsoft NAV ERP systems 11.
