POSITION NAME:3D Visualizer

Job Description:

As a Senior 3D Visualizer on the GODI Industrial Design Team, you will lead projects from conceptual models to final production surfaces, overseeing the creation of high-quality digital 3D surface models. Collaborating closely with Industrial Designers, engineers, scientists, model makers, and vendors, you will contribute to the design and development of current and future GODI products. Our team values technical excellence, continuous learning, and growth in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality digital 3D surface models using Autodesk Alias software, interpreting and defining the design intent provided by industrial designers.
• Collaborate directly with mechanical engineering, engineers, scientists, model makers, and tooling teams to develop 3D data for product concepts, detailed appearance models, renderings, and production-level surfaces for manufacturing tooling.
• Play a crucial role in transforming design concepts into visually stunning and realistic 3D representations.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to produce compelling visualizations for architectural and design projects.
• Interpret design concepts, architectural plans, and project requirements to develop clear visions for 3D visualizations.
• Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural designs and interior spaces using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar tools.
• Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to 3D models and execute high-quality renderings using engines like V-Ray, Corona, or others.
• Generate visually appealing and realistic 3D visualizations for presentations and marketing materials.
• Ensure that visualizations accurately reflect design intent and specifications.
• Work closely with architects and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to visualizations.
• Participate in design discussions, providing creative input to enhance visual impact.
• Maintain high standards of quality in all produced visualizations.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/course in 3D Visualizer, Multimedia, BFA, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Maya, etc.
• Strong understanding of texture mapping, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
