Job Description
- Mission of this team: Build and deliver world’s best B2B Digital Marketing Experience to prospects and customers
- Oversee the role of DevOps and Localization Web Producer, managing end-to-end Marketing localization projects and DevOps execution in an agile environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content owners, publishing, and engineering groups to maintain quality web standards and best practices.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of content for localization and maintain environments for all Marketing tools (AEM, AEM Cloud, Workfront, Marketo, Franklin).
- Utilize Adobe Experience Manager CMS for publishing translated content.
- Collaborate closely with teams within Digital Marketing, Publishing, QA, SEO, Analytics, and Localization during the publication process.
- Administer and Manage Translation Management System (TMS) - Cloudwords or other tools.
- Conduct thorough QA in the test environment and validate work for accuracy in staging and production.
- Communicate roadblocks and potential risks effectively as needed.
- Lead prioritization discussions with peers, onshore teams, and stakeholders to ensure predictable and reliable delivery.
- Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving localization process efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Localization Web publishing.
- 3+ years of experience using AEM or equivalent CMS.
- 3+ years of experience using Cloudwords or equivalent TMS.
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and extensive experience with AEM and Translation Management.
- Experience with Program Management, CMS, and TMS integrations.
- Familiarity with automated workflows and intake processes.
- Proficiency in project management, issues tracking tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of Localization and Translation Industry workflows.
- Experience in software configuration management for automated build, test and deployment (GIT, Maven, Artifactory).
- Knowledge of CI/CD using docker, Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and other scripting languages.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is advantageous.
- Comfortable with browser testing and debugging tools for troubleshooting integration and environment issues.
- Eagerness to learn and acquire new technical skills.
- Strong team player and Localization ambassador with influencing abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and management.
