Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team at Rankmantra. This is a Full-Time position based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality videos that engage and captivate our target audience. This is an excellent opportunity for a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in video editing to launch their career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT service and consultancy company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in video editing
- Proficient in video editing software such as Premier Pro and After Effects
- Solid understanding of video editing principles and techniques
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for storytelling and creating visually appealing videos
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and exporting standards
- Ability to adapt and learn new editing techniques quickly
Roles and Responsibilities
- Edit videos using industry-standard software such as Premier Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
- Enhance video quality and add graphic elements as required
- Ensure videos are delivered in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards
- Work closely with the content team to understand the project requirements
- Manage and organize video files and assets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and software
