High-Level Role Summary

It's a diversity hiring, looking for female leads.

Provide effective, appropriate, and relevant learning development expertise to EQ's people, across the group, whilst supporting strategic and group projects as required. Responsible for the delivery of global Learning and Development solutions to EQ Group and providing detailed governance on key learning activities and delivery.

The Group Learning & Development Manager is the first line of contact for all learning requests and will handle additional enquiries for development support, ensuring that there is a consistent and collaborative approach to all events. Additionally, this role ensures a level of governance across all digital and virtual design, together with EQ learning brand and content.

The Group Learning & Development Manager will lead and manage a team of L&D professionals, which may virtual management across the globe. They will take overall responsibility for the effective rollout of all projects and meet core training priorities.
