Job Title: Robotic Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Robotic Trainer to join our team. As a Robotic Trainer, you will play a key role in educating and training individuals, students, or employees in the field of robotics. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training sessions to impart knowledge and skills related to robotics, automation, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on practical exercises on various aspects of robotics, including programming, hardware assembly, and troubleshooting.
Curriculum Development: Assist in developing and updating training materials and curriculum to ensure they align with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Assessment: Evaluate the progress of trainees and provide feedback on their performance, offering guidance and support to help them improve.
Problem Solving: Assist trainees in identifying and solving problems related to robotics projects, encouraging independent problem-solving skills.
Safety: Ensure safety protocols are adhered to during training, particularly in hands-on activities involving robotic equipment.
Documentation: Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in robotics training or a relevant technical role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in robotics programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, ROS), experience with robotic hardware (sensors, actuators, controllers), and familiarity with robotic simulation environments.
