Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer at Vektor3D Systems LLP. The Production Engineer will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks associated with production engineering, including analytical skills, production planning, quality control, and communication. This role involves working closely with the production team to ensure that quality standards are met, procedures are followed, and products are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong production engineering skills including analytical and production planning capabilities
• Proven experience in quality control processes and practices
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with the production team and other stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering or related fields
• Familiarity with CAD Software and/or 3D Printing technology is a plus
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Kaizen methodologies is a plus
• Participating in 3d printer manufacturing
• Operate and troubleshoot FDM, SLA and DLP 3d printer machines
• Process and implement modern post processing techniques.
• Prepare files for 3d printing.
• Performing quality checks and maintaining SOP standards.
• machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Preparation of 3D printing operation Reports on a need basis for documentation purposes.
• Troubleshooting the errors occurred in 3D printers to reduce the downtime.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
