Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Kolkata. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding their travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, tours, and activities. The role will also involve managing client relationships and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of their travel. Qualifications Strong customer service skills and a passion for travel Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools, such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Worldspan Ability to understand and manage client budgets and preferences Knowledge of current travel restrictions and regulations Bachelor's degree or higher in Travel and Tourism Management or a related field Experience in the travel industry is a plus If you meet these qualifications and are excited about joining a dynamic and growing travel company, we encourage you to apply!Job tags
