Overview:
As a Counsellor Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting and coordinating counseling services for individuals and groups. This position is crucial for ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for clients seeking counseling and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to individuals and groups
- Develop and implement counseling programs and workshops
- Coordinate with external agencies and resources for client referrals
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor junior counselors
- Keep accurate and updated client records
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences
- Stay updated on counseling best practices and ethical guidelines
- Collaborate with the management to improve counseling services

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Counseling or related field
- State licensure or certification as a counselor
