Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content creation. As a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing website content for search engines, and creating engaging social media content to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Technical

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
2. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to optimize website content for search engines.

• Manage and update website content using CMS platforms like WordPress and Umbraco, ensuring content is up to date, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
• Monitor website performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to analyze campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, content management systems, and social media.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Experience creating and managing social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications

• B. Tech / B.E. / MCA / MBA / BBA
• Minimum working experience of 5-8 years
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills at both management and non-management levels
• Work with diverse team and collaborate towards common objective

Technical Skills

• Relevant experience of minimum 5-8 years in digital marketing / SEO / social media management etc.
• Experience of Umbraco / Word-press is preferred
• Analytical mindset; able to interpret data and track key metrics to measure campaign performance.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Knowledge of web analytics is must.
