Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Executive located in Kolkata. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues via phone ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer support or customer service management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM and helpdesk software is a plus
- Bilingual in Hindi and English is a plus
