1. All financial compliances as required by ROC for public lt companies
2. âUnderstanding of Financial management, cash flow, banking facilities, bank guarantees etc
3. âall types of tax compliances as GST, Income Tax, TDS, Custom Duty etc
4. Import export remittances management and compliances
5. âcompany validation, IPO pre IPO placements divestment etc
6. âForeign investment - ODI etc
7. âBudgeting / Budget planning / Costing/ project cost accounting and monitoring etc
8. SAP/ Tally ERP knowledge.
