The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom billing, proficiency in handling CDR and SDR files, and experience in the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing Management: Handle the backend processing of billing operations, including the analysis and processing of CDR and SDR files.

2. Credit Control: Manage credit control processes, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

3. Customer Interaction: Address billing inquiries and issues from customers via phone and email, providing clear and professional support.

4. Software Proficiency: Utilize XERO and other VOIP billing systems to manage accounts and billing processes efficiently.

5. Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, preparing invoices, and maintaining financial records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in billing operations.
• Strong understanding of CDR and SDR files.
• Experience with XERO and VOIP billing systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
• Basic bookkeeping skills and familiarity with financial record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
