Job description
Minimum 6 months of Account Management or Client Servicing experience in a digital/social agency.
• Bachelor's and/or master's in marketing, digital/ social media marketing, or certification into a digital course is mandatory. • Excellent ability to articulate a POV through written and/or spoken English. This extends to making presentations during client meetings. • Decent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as social media dashboards for FB/Insta, Twitter, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, and analytics platforms among others. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned account(s). Manages/coordinates Client projects from planning to completion. • May serve as the daily contact between the Agency and the Client. • Effectively executes strategies, problem-solves, and develops solid business relationships. • Provides Client service support. • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and convinces clients in the same way as the creative team PLEASE NOTE Only experienced people willing to travel to Thane (Job Location) apply for this job.
