Job description

Minimum 6 months of Account Management or Client Servicing experience in a digital/social agency.

• Bachelor's and/or master's in marketing, digital/ social media marketing, or certification into a digital course is mandatory.

• Excellent ability to articulate a POV through written and/or spoken English. This extends to making presentations during client meetings.

• Decent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as social media dashboards for FB/Insta, Twitter, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, and analytics platforms among others.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned account(s).

Manages/coordinates Client projects from planning to completion.

• May serve as the daily contact between the Agency and the Client. • Effectively executes strategies, problem-solves, and develops solid business relationships.

• Provides Client service support.

• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and convinces clients in the same way as the creative team
