Job description
1 Obtaining Purchase requests, forwarding enquiries, obtaining quotations, comparison statements, commercial negotiation, purchase order preparation, approval
2 Follow up for material/Services to vendor, co-ordination with stores, accounts, QC, Users
3 Vendor Development and good geographical knowledge
4 Hands-on working on ERP LN/BaaN preferred. ISO9001/AS9100, ISO45001, ISO14000, ISO27001 knowhow necessary.
5 Purchase planning and Vendor payment management
6 Electronic Procurement experience of 02- 03 yrs preferred
7 Costing and price analysis, Vendor performance Analysis
8 Ready to work in challenging environment, good communication skill, self-starter, good trouble shooter.
9 Resolve Vendor related techno commercial issues in co-ordination with team-members of other functions.
