Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista at Grand Century Restaurant & Cafe in Kharghar Navi Mumbai. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving espresso-based beverages, interacting with customers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with food preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- Barista skills including knowledge of different coffee types, latte art, and equipment operation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
- Customer service skills to provide a positive experience to customers
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
