Requirements:
Monitors and maintains the balance between Group Lending / Individual / Secured portfolio.
Reviews Branch Sales Matrix
Periodically reviews CPVs and GRTs.
Monitor profitability and performance of the cluster using various productivity, efficiency and financial parameters.
Periodically audits the cash management process.
Plans activities to ensure growth of business and therefore market share
Tracks competition regularly and provides feedback on the initiatives on changes in programmes.
Provides feedback on the existing policies with their pros and cons.
Actively takes part in the hiring of front end sales personnel for the cluster ensuring 100% manning at any point in time.
Ensures all the employees on-boarded have undergone requisite training and are certified.
Ensures all the Units have adhered to all statutory norms and escalates as and when any issues surfaces
