Job summary :
we are looking for field sales manager for agency channel who is doing good sells and also leads team. Roles and Responsibilities : - Ensure that Recruitment and development of quality advisors. - advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs. - Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets. - Contributing to meeting sales target. - Achieve the monthly goals given by the company. - Developing and maintain relationship with external recruitment agency. - Maintain customer records, carry sales visits and acquire new customers - Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
