Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Office Management & Administrative Support: Coordinating maintenance and repairs for office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, and ensuring that the office environment is clean, safe, and comfortable. 2.Travel Arrangements : Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries. 3.Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases, and ensuring that documents are properly stored and easily accessible. Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information. 4.Problem Solving : Addressing any issues or concerns that arise in the office, and finding solutions to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Communication : Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communication. This may involve answering inquiries, forwarding messages, and ensuring that communication channels are efficient and effective. 6. Budget Management : Assisting with budget management by tracking expenses, processing bills & to check expenses are within budget defined. 7. Logistics support : Samples/tools/equipment delivery, importing, where-is tracking, expense billing, forwarder contact for sales team. Other logistic support for other cities including New Delhi/Noida/Chennai as required. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. · Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi . · Mandarin speaking preferred. · Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an office environment. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. · Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
