Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities - Collaborate with architects and project teams to implement BIM and CAD standards.
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of architectural BIM models and CAD drawings.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with architectural design parameters.
- Develop and execute BIM Execution plan for the projects.
Special Skills W.r.t. Job (if Any)- Proficiency in BIM software like Autodesk Revit and CAD software like AutoCAD. Any other software knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Worked on 3D, 4D, 5D 6D & 7D level BIM models and from LOD-100 to 400.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and standards.
Essential Areas/ Factors In Which Incumbent Should Have Experience - Extensive experience in architectural BIM and CAD coordination.
- Proven track record in maintaining design standards and collaborating with architectural teams.
Most important contribution and outcome needed from the position through KRAs - Ensure strategic coordination of architectural BIM and CAD processes, leading to the timely delivery of high-quality architectural designs.
- Outcome: Effective implementation of BIM and CAD standards, streamlined design processes, and collaborative teamwork, contributing to the success of architectural projects.
Qualifications 8 to 10 Years of Experience
Diploma/Degree in Architecture with BIM Experience
