Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager/Sales Officer for Ovenfresh brand bakery products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. This is a field sales job (B2B) and candidates from FMCG background will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1 . Sales Strategy and Execution :

• Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.

• Execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide effective solutions.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Ovenfresh bakery products.

3. Market Analysis:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.

• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market dynamics and suggest adjustments to the sales strategies accordingly.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for presentation to the management team.

• Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

5. Budget Management:

• Assist in the development and management of the sales budget.

• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.

6. Promotional Activities:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.

• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Ovenfresh brand bakery products.

Requsiites:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or bakery industry.

• Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Results-driven and customer-focused.
