Responsibilities:

  1. Educational Qualifications:

- Earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.

- Master's degree (ME/MTech) in Electrical Engineering.

  1. Teaching Responsibilities:

- Conduct lectures, seminars, and hands-on laboratory sessions in electrical engineering courses.

- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and understanding.

- Advice and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in their academic and research pursuits.

  1. Research and Publications:

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to scholarly research in the field of Electrical Engineering.

- Publish high-quality research papers in reputable journals and present findings at conferences.

- Actively participate in securing research grants and collaborations with industry partners.

  1. Curriculum Development:

- Contribute to the development and improvement of the Electrical Engineering curriculum.

- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.

  1. Student Engagement:

- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and professional development.

  1. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with colleagues within the Electrical Engineering department and across disciplines.

- Engage in interdisciplinary research and contribute to the overall academic community.

  1. Professional Development:

- Stay current with advancements in the field through continuous professional development.

- Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.

  1. Service to the Department and University:

- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other service activities.

- Contribute to the growth and development of the Electrical Engineering department and the university community.

  1. Qualities and Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.

  1. Experience:

- For Associate/Full Professor Positions, a significant track record of teaching, research, and service is preferred.
