Overview:

As an experienced SEO professional with 5 years of expertise you will play a pivotal role in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings for our organization. Your contributions will directly impact our online visibility and brand awareness making this role critical to our digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• This position requires developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies and handling a team of SEO/SMM analysts.
• The digital marketing lead will lead and mentor a team to drive business goals make decisions about daytoday operations and perform quality review checks.
• The candidate will brainstorm new and creative SEO SMM and paid media growth strategies.
• They will conduct thorough keyword research and analysis monitor and report on SEO performance metrics perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices.
• The candidate will implement linkbuilding campaigns and strategies optimize website content and metadata manage and analyze website analytics reports conduct competitive analysis and provide SEO insights and recommendations.
• Finally they will collaborate with web developers to implement SEO best practices on websites and identify and resolve technical SEO issues and crawl errors.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
• Proven experience as an SEO specialist with successful strategies
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics SEMRush Ahrefs and Moz
• Expertise in onpage and offpage SEO optimization techniques
• Indepth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Understanding of content management systems and website development
• Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript for SEO
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment
• Certifications such as Google Analytics and Google Ads are a plus and a track record of staying current with the latest SEO trends and best practices
• Experience in ecommerce SEO and local SEO is a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Problemsolving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
