Servicemax Solution Architect Job Description - OffshoreÂ

• 12+ years of experience a professional Services Technical Architect will be responsible for defining business requirements, solution architecture, and assisting with organizing the implementation. The Technical Architect may also act as a Subject Matter Expert providing customization, development, and integration support for ServiceMax Projects. Requires a driven individual who has worked as Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer.
• Deliver full lifecycle ServiceMax implementations from inception to roll-out with the ability to lead and manage developers (internal, partner, and clients) while being ready to roll-up your sleeves and be hands on when necessary.
• Work with client business users and IT executives to identify and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the client's business needs
• Support clients with Integrations using common middleware tools and standard SFDC components
• Support clients and internal consultants with master data management best practices
• Develop documentation (Business Requirements, Solution Design Documentation, Technical Design Documentation, Support Documentation, Architecture Diagrams)
• Translate complex technical issues into terms that can be understood by business users and Executive Sponsor
• Balance and prioritize multiple concurrent projects with minimal input from management
• Estimate technical project components taking client infrastructure and project methodology into account
• Drives ServiceMax enhancements to ServiceMax Methodology, Process, and Product
• Integration experience with Salesforce.com components including but not limited to API's, APEX Web Services, Apex Call Outs, outbound messaging, SSO, and data loaders
• Familiar with common middleware applications such as Cast Iron, Web Methods, and Informatica
• Ability to document client requirements and translate solutions for the requirements, leveraging both configuration, customization, and integration as required to meet the client requirements
• Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of SFDC CRM software solutions.
• In Depth understanding of all business scenarios achievable from out of the box Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Must have experience & technical understanding (data model & processes) on ServiceMax implementation.
• Must have experience with Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration.
• Must have understanding on the CTI integration between Genesys and Salesforce.
• Well versed with Salesforce security Model. (Specially role-based sharing model)
• Must have SFDC Certified Developer (Platform Developer I & PD2) and Salesforce Administrator Certified
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Masking scenarios
• Strong LWC development skills.
• At least 6 years' experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and implementing data migrations.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience of creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
• A demonstrated ability in technology implementation for full life cycle enterprise software projects (5 years, minimum)
• Exposure in Global Design templates for large scale enterprises with multiple business units
• Advanced knowledge and experience of implementing Lightning Components
• Expert knowledge around configuration, integration, and customization (Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL, consuming and providing REST/SOAP API, WSDL, Force.com Migration Tool)
• Experience working in Visual Studio Code, GitLab for code repository.
• Declarative customization including the creation of Custom objects, Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards
• To understand the full extent of the solution, integration components and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture.
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations.
• Coach and mentor junior technical team members.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
• Interact directly with clients, managers and end-users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
• Oversee and govern the implementation along with the team of developers.
• List & review the list of Standard Objects which are currently used by the customer, ensure the availability of these objects in Lightning & plan the next steps accordingly
• Developing troubleshooting programs and supervising system modifications.
