This is a full-time on-site role for Guest Relations Executive at Grand Mercure Agra. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, managing receptionist duties, and communication with the guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
- Previous experience in a customer service role and a passion for providing excellent guest experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of additional languages being an advantage.
