Summary: As a consultant, you will play a critical role as a part of the sales team driving sales growth and revenue generation through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing client relationships. Leveraging your expertise in strong sales acumen, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, identify opportunities for solutions, and drive the successful sale of your teams’ products and services. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with managers and senior managers to develop and execute sales strategies for the region, aligning with overall business objectives and priorities. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor sales solutions that meet their requirements and drive value. Generate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related reports to track performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to stakeholders. Support managers and senior managers in developing sales presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Provide regular updates and insights to managers and senior managers on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making Professional & Technical Skills: Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field. Experience of 8-10 years in consulting sales management, SaaS product sales or related field preferred Must To Have Skills: Human Centric Talent and HR Process Design, Sales Management Good To Have Skills: Cornerstone Talent Management Suite, SABA Talent Management Solutions, Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Additional Information: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Talent management solutions to clients. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
