Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist in Bengaluru. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with customers, providing outstanding customer service, and understanding customer needs. This role will also include training, sales management, and marketing initiatives to help drive growth and exceed sales targets. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in providing exceptional customer service Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets Effective training and coaching skills for sales teams Demonstrated sales management skills to exceed sales targets Background in marketing and ability to design a marketing plan Experience working with social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in AR VR or NFT collections is a plusJob tags
