We are looking for immediate joiners (less than 30 days)

Job Type : Full Time
Experience- 4+yrs
Location : Remote
Shift Timing – – 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

JOB MISSION:
The resource will provide system support to the business, along with processing documents on
operational objectives and completing new requirements for business systems. In this role you will
work closely with our Accounting, Purchasing, Sales Ops, Manufacturing and Support organizations
to provide NetSuite support, along with developing and deploying NetSuite system enhancements.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/OBJECTIVES
● Provide support to business owners, by troubleshooting open issues related to workflows, scripts,
and processes.
● Implement process enhancements for order to cash (OTC), procure to pay (P2P), and record to
report (R2R) workstreams in NetSuite, utilizing standard release management procedures.
● Work effectively with internal and external project team members to ensure customer success.
● Assess, understand, and document business requirements of clients.
● Support ongoing process improvement initiatives with business teams to resolve information
problems across the organization.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES
● At least 4 years' experience with support or implementations consulting using NetSuite preferred.
● Knowledge of manufacturing, sales, procurement, and advanced revenue management business
processes.
● A fluent English speaker with good written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer
service focus.
● Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in virtual settings.
● Work ethic that produces a high degree of professionalism, integrity, honesty, quality, and customer
satisfaction.
