Roles and Responsibilities:
* Interacting with students to identify solutions and set achieve goals
* Listening to students and their worries and observing their behavior's in a non- judgmental manner
* Mediating conflicts and finding resolutions between students ,teachers and students and parents and teachers
*Conducting individual career guidance and skills assessment sessions
*Assisting students in finding the right career choice when applying for suitable colleges
*Helping students to prepare for admissions applications and tests
*Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counselling to suit their skills
Eligibility criteria:
Qualification: Degree or post Graduation
Languages: TELUGU,HINDI,ENGLISH [must be in fluency]
Gender: Both Male & Female
Age limit: Above 20
