Job Description:

As a B2B Business Development Manager at ISIEINDIA Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by expanding our partnerships and client base within the B2B segment. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, including colleges, universities, institutions and industry. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and promote our platform's suite of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Identify and prospect potential B2B clients within the education sector, including but not limited to colleges, universities, and corporate training institutions.

2.Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals..

3.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.

4.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.

5.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients.

6.Effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform's products and services to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.

7.Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the manager.

8.Stay abreast of industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements in educational technology

9. Indulge in CSR activities.

10. Dealing with corporate trainings.

Qualifications and Skills:

1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or B.Tech.

2.Proven track record in sales of having experience 4-5 Years.

3.Strong understanding of the education landscape and familiarity with current trends and challenges.
