Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, a passion for connecting with candidates, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for various non-IT roles.
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct reference checks and facilitate the offer and negotiation process.
Foster positive candidate experiences by providing timely and transparent communication.
Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to contribute to effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
1-5 years of proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or similar role.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
