Product Management at Titaniam To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re searching for an experienced product manager to lead multi-disciplinary product efforts. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for spotting unmet market needs, an entrepreneurial spirit, innovative mindset to fill them and act with great deal of energy to drive the execution. You’re highly skilled in delivering product capabilities, from conception through release and delight customers. Ideally, every aspect of product building should excite you - building, shipping and helping sales and marketing in selling the product. Job Responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be to deliver product capabilities. At Titaniam, product management drives all aspects of product building: Market research, competitive analysis, strategy, requirements, working with engineering, ensuring that the right set of capabilities are being built, shipping a well rounded product with documentation, sales enablement and training, presenting and recording killer demos and presentations, blogs, helping customers to use the product, learning from their challenges and closing that feedback loop. You will directly report to the VP of Products. There will be a good deal of autonomy in the role and you will learn to make good quality decisions. Seniority/ Experience Level We are looking for both junior (2-5 years experience) and experienced PMs (5+ years). Regardless of your experience level, this is a great opportunity to sharpen your product instincts, gain valuable experience shipping products that customers care about, develop leadership qualities, drive initiatives and contribute to our product strategy. Minimum Qualifications 4 year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a strong understanding of enterprise software technology . 4+ years minimum as a software product manager. We can absorb more experienced candidates. Don’t shy away if you have a lot of experience. Shipped and improved product capabilities that are actually liked and used by customers. Experience interacting with customers, prospects, demoing features, gathering feedback and iterating to deliver continuous value. Storing oral and written communication. Ability to convey product ideas using visuals/ slides. Experience shipping software frequently, using agile methodologies. Ability to write good user stories, execute it with the engineering team, demo to customers - own the feature development process from end to end. Strong proponent and believer in feedback based iterative development. Explaining the value proposition of the features to all parties - engineering, sales, marketing and services enabling them to function effectively. Working with documentation and training teams to deliver docs and other learning aids to customers. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in computer science. 5+ years as a product manager where you shipped software to customers. Shipped multiple versions of a software and have seen customers upgrade multiple times successfully. Software engineering or technical consulting/ solutions architect background.
