Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR
Location: Ghitorni, Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related issues.
- Develop and nurture a positive working environment, addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
Performance Management:
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employees' skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure that the organization's HR policies are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain employee handbook and HR policies.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the administration of payroll and benefits.
- Work closely with finance and external providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics (such as turnover rates and cost per hire) to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare HR reports for management as required.
Organizational Development:
- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational development strategies.
- Facilitate team-building and leadership development initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
