Job Overview

We are hiring an Information Technology Support Technician to provide technical support and assistance to our employees. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of networking principles and protocols
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Understanding of data security and privacy practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees with hardware, software, and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
• Install and configure software and hardware components
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
• Maintain and update documentation of technical support activities
• Ensure data security and protect sensitive information
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems
• Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures
• Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics
