Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at LugarOne in Bengaluru. The Sales and Marketing Intern will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to improving sales, including customer service, developing sales strategies, training, and sales management.

• Ability to get your hands dirty, be on the field and sign up customer with us
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Growth mindset for your customer, your organization and yourself
• Ability to understand and learn the company's solutions and industry trends quickly
• Strong training and sales management skills
• Zeal for building deep mutually beneficial relationships that are not transactional in nature
• Proactive, and not reactive - to identify customer's issues and get them resolved
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Experience in the renewable energy industry preferred
• Willingness to thrive in fast-paced environment
