As an Account Director at one of the biggest creative production company on the planet, you are the first point of contact for our clients, who seek MediaMonks for the strategy, creative and production of their digital briefs.You'll work side by side with your clients to engage new production projects from the start, proposing transformational solutions, assess the feasibility and driving change for your brands. The work is centered around creating innovative digital work across the customer decision journey, working on both product launches and brand campaigns.You are responsible for growing key clients, working across various brands within it managing various business accounts, making sure the work being produced exceeds the client's expectations. Delivering against monthly and annual targets, you help to grow business accounts into a long-term success for all parties.
Roles And Responsibilities - As a Digital Account Director at MediaMonks, you will pitch, plot and execute phenomenal projects.
- You will farm and groom our client relationships, always finding opportunities for growth.
- With your integrated expertise, you understand how to lead, guide, and execute with best practices on any various types of projects thrown your way.
- You are the primary champion of the client industry landscape; possessing deep understanding of the client's ecosystem
- You work at the intersection of cutting edge digital technologies, production, and operations to grow a prolific partnership. You support the sales process and the operational decision making.
- You're a project's pace and peacemaker.
- You set up and pitch for new projects by responding to briefs and RFPs, and together with our in-house teams, you help to shape these projects into a joint success.
- Your role is to bring all of our in-house talents together, integrating activities between different disciplines to make sure great work is done between MediaMonks monasteries around the world.
- Next to projects, you will be working directly with digital strategists, producers, and our global management team to make sure MediaMonks stays on the roadmap to success.
- You are responsible for scoping and quoting key projects. You help to establish what gets done and when, making sure projects are on time and on budget.
- If all of this doesn't excite you enough already, you also have the honor of compiling monthly reports on sales, expenses and forecasts. $-)
Requirements - This senior role requires someone with around 8 years experience managing business accounts in digital advertising or production, 2+ years in a lead role.
- You have a proven track record managing high-value and volumes of interdisciplinary work.
- Knowledge of the Global market, with previous experience working with Global Clients.
- You have extensive experience writing proposals and can propose solutions from either a basic technical or a creative/commercial perspective.
- With the backing of our senior producers and tech directors, you need to be confident in managing the business of digital production projects in a fast-paced environment.
- You love to geek out when it comes to new technologies because while managing relationships is your foremost responsibility, you've got to grasp technology in a way that allows you to help scope and propose target-driving quotes and timings.
- With your strategic mind and presentation skills, you can sell people on MediaMonks by showcasing our cases, capabilities, and culture to (potential) partners at every turn.
