Job description
. Leading and developing the India Projects team from pursuit to implementation with focus on business development, pricing and tender management. . Establish business development pipeline for India and build sales competence around Projects Logistics (Oil & Gas, Capital Projects and Marine Services). . Responsible for taking ownership of certain major clients / targets and ensuring that all functions of the organization are aligned to meet the strategic commercial objectives for specific accounts. . Creation and management of solution engineering team to create method statements and transportation plans . Responsible for sharp and complete pricing and proposals for bids and tenders . Planning and execution of the shipments managed within the team
. Experience with Out of Gauge (OOG)/Over dimensional (OD) cargo movements . Experience in handling overweight, over dimensional loads via barge, rail, land, air & ocean . Experience in ocean and air charter operations . Understanding of Cargo Securing, Stowing, Rigging and Craning . Knowledge in Export and Import regulations . Strong project cargo logistics management skills . Confident communication skills, including oral and written skills . Possess a strong sense of customer service and adaptability . Ability to handle daily tasks and projects independently . Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
