Apexon Hiring Workday Report Writer.
Job Location: Bangalore

Job Mode: Hybrid Model
Key Responsibilities: .
Design and develop custom reports in Workday to meet business needs.
Implement best practices for report efficiency and performance.
Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights for decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in reports by validating against source systems.
Configure custom report fields and calculations to align with business metrics.
Utilize calculated fields, advanced expressions, and other features within Workday.
Monitor and update existing reports to reflect changes in business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report data or configuration.
Work closely with end-users to understand their reporting needs and provide support.
Collaborate with the broader Workday team to integrate reports into broader HCM processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Workday Report Writer or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Workday Report Writer tools and functionalities.
Understanding of HR and business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Workday Report Writer certification is Advantage
Familiarity with Workday calculated fields, custom objects, and EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
Experience with Workday Report Designer and Workday Prism Analytics
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong documentation skills to capture report requirements and configurations.
