Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales management, such as building and developing a team, setting and achieving sales goals, assessing team performance, and providing guidance and support to improve overall sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Sales management experience in the real estate sector
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective sales teams
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking systems
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Travel of around 50-60 kms on daily basis invovled in this Job
