Oracle BRM Solution Architect - B2B Fixed Line Enterprise (8-10 years’ experience)
12months extendable Contract Remote Support Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) Solution Architect with a robust background in B2B fixed line enterprise business. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience, showcasing expertise in Oracle BRM, mandatory proficiency in telecommunications OSS/BSS solutions, and experience in Fiber to the x (FTTx) deployments within a B2B context. A strong understanding of Siebel CRM is a plus. This role is pivotal in architecting innovative solutions that align with business objectives and enhance billing and revenue management processes. Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Design and architect end-to-end solutions for B2B fixed line enterprise billing and revenue management, leveraging Oracle BRM. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements and objectives. Oracle BRM Expertise: Showcase deep expertise in Oracle BRM, including configuration, customization, and integration, to optimize billing processes for B2B fixed line enterprises. Stay abreast of Oracle BRM updates and best practices, incorporating them into solution designs. Telecom OSS/BSS Solutions: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of telecommunications OSS/BSS solutions and their integration with Oracle BRM. Ensure that billing and revenue management processes are seamlessly integrated into the broader telco operational architecture. FTTx B2B Experience: · Bring hands-on experience and insights into Fiber to the x (FTTx) deployments in the B2B sector, understanding the specific challenges and opportunities in this context. Siebel CRM Understanding: · A plus if the candidate possesses a strong understanding of Siebel CRM, ensuring alignment and integration with billing and revenue management processes. Stakeholder Collaboration: · Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of solution architecture and implementation. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Oracle BRM in B2B fixed line enterprise business. Must have played an Architect/Senior designers role in at least one successful billing transformation projects in Telecom domain. Working Knowledge of all the BRM modules (Subscription Management, AAA, Rating & Discounting, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & Account Receivable, General Ledger, Collections, Integration, Roaming, Interconnect, Online and offline mediation etc.) Proven expertise in Oracle BRM, including hands-on experience in configuration and integration. Mandatory understanding of telecommunications OSS/BSS solutions, with a track record of successful implementations. Experience in Fiber to the x (FTTx) deployments within a B2B context is highly desirable. Strong understanding of Siebel CRM is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
