We are hiring for Customer Service Representative role for Mumbai(Goregaon)

Responsibilities
- Attending all Inbound & Outbound call and case management ie Clinics, Doctors , Professionals, internal team, Recipients (Patients).
- Tracking Complaint and its resolution
- Order to Cash process Management
1.     Order entry
2.     Order entry validation and booking
3.     Order-related coordination activities with Finance and Logistics team
- Co ordination with various stakeholders ie Finance, Logistics, Shared services
- Tracking service failures, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions
- Communication script monitoring management- email and calls

Qualifications
- At least 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Any Graduate
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
