Job Summary:
The individual tracks and monitors country-wise apps. Prepares reports A good hands-on with MS Excel and formulae helps in easy and pictorial report generation. Also, understands customer behaviour, does market research, tracks web engine and social media behaviours and draws insights with conclusions. Good knowledge in short-form or copywriting helps in self-addressing the queries or mentions without an external help. Hands-on in social listening tools to address mentions and replies to customers.
